1. What to do when receiving the product

If the customer is concerned about the quality of the product, after receiving the product, please record a video of unpacking the box as evidence for returning the product. If there is a problem, please contact the customer service staff before rating the store to negotiate and solve the problem. And show video evidence (If the customer reviews or rates the store before informing the store of the problem, the store will assume that the customer has agreed to accept the product and reserves the right to return the product in all cases)

2. 15-day unconditional return and exchange policy

In the event that the product does not fit, customers can contact the store's service staff to request a size change. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as the customer received it (tags not cut, not washed or cleaned to the point of changing the shape or color of the product). The equipment must be complete and in the original packaging, including proof of purchase or payment receipt from the store only. Only then can you request an unconditional return service within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The following cases are not subject to the Return Policy:

1. Special gifts or products from the monthly D-Day promotion
2. Prizes or rewards received from participating in various activities
3. Products damaged due to improper and inappropriate use, cleaning and maintenance by the customer.
4. Used products or products with incomplete accessories or damaged product boxes.
5. Personal items that cannot be returned, such as towels.

2. For unconditional returns or for other reasons, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Refund instructions

After informing the store of the problem and negotiating to resolve it, if you want to return the product and request a refund according to the above conditions, when the store receives the returned product and checks it, the customer's refund approval will be notified immediately. The sales platform will refund the customer via the original account used to pay for the product (the refund period will depend on each platform. If you have not received a refund, check the customer's bank account again or contact the service staff of that platform).

Note: The cashback amount is calculated based on the actual revenue of that order after deducting each platform's discount coupons, commissions, and transaction fees.
